| I had the same problem, but Luigi helped me out. He said to follow these steps.
1. highlight the song
2. go to edit
3. click preferences
4. click the advance tab
5. click the importing tab
6. youll see an "import using" box. choose mp3 encoder. click ok
7. right click the song you want
8. click convert selection to mp3 |
